• The “Terms of Use for AI Facial Recognition” is an End User Agreement pertaining to the facial recognition feature in Zno Instant.

• 1. Facial information is important personal information for users. Refusal to provide facial information does not affect the user's normal viewing of a Zno Instant Event. Agreeing to use AI Facial Recognition functionality indicates that the user understands that processing facial information is a necessary step for the AI Facial Recognition feature; otherwise, the feature cannot function properly.

• 2. If the Event administrator enables the "Find Photos by Face" feature, users can upload facial information and search for photos containing that face. The search results are only returned to the user performing the search.

• 3. If the Event administrator enables the "Automatic Recognition of Faces in Photos" feature, the live Event's image page will automatically recognize faces in the photos, collect the faces at the bottom of the page, and allow you to click on a face to search for photos containing that face. Before enabling this feature, the Event administrator should confirm that they have obtained or will obtain authorization to use the facial information of the subjects in the Event. Otherwise, the feature should not be enabled. If the Event administrator activates this feature without proper authorization, they shall be responsible for any liability and disputes arising from it, and the platform reserves the right to recover any losses incurred.

• 4. Apart from conducting quick photo searches, the live Event will not privately collect, store, use, process, transmit, provide, or disclose facial information.

【"Find Photos by Face" Instructions】

• 1. Please do not casually upload others' facial information. If necessary, consent from the individual (or their guardian) regarding the use of facial information should be obtained.

• 2. Do not privately edit or distribute the photos found, or engage in any other illegal, non-compliant, or unethical behavior.

【"Automatic Recognition of Faces in Photos" Instructions】

• 1. Before enabling, thoroughly communicate with event organizers and all individuals being photographed (or their guardians) to ensure they understand the platform's AI Facial Recognition function and facial information processing rules, and obtain separate authorization from event organizers and all individuals being photographed (or their guardians) to process and collect their facial information for photo searches, ensuring no infringement of natural persons' personal information rights, including portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, and property rights. Otherwise, if the company or platform and its affiliates suffer third-party claims due to this, the company or platform and its affiliates will demand compensation.

• 2. After enabling, pay attention to feedback on the feature's usage. If any objections are raised, thoroughly communicate the issues and take timely measures to disable AI Facial Recognition functionality to avoid further controversy.

• 3. Do not privately edit or distribute the photos found, or engage in any other illegal, non-compliant, or unethical behavior.

【Data Privacy Protection】

• 1. We promise to comply with relevant laws and regulations to strictly protect users' personal information security and privacy.

• 2. Photos uploaded by users are only used for AI Facial Recognition purposes and will not be used for any other commercial purposes or shared or sold to third parties.

• 3. We will take strict technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the photos uploaded by users and the recognition results, preventing unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

• 1. Facial information is important personal information for users, and refusal to provide this information does not affect users' normal viewing of Event content.

• 2. Using others' facial information should be done with the authorization and consent of the rightful party, and users should use facial information carefully to avoid infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

• 3. Event administrators should enable the "Automatic Recognition of Faces in Photos" feature only after obtaining authorization to use the facial information of all subjects in the Event. The platform and live Event will only process facial information in accordance with the above facial information processing rules.

• 4. Any liability and disputes arising from the Event administrator's unauthorized activation of this feature shall be the responsibility of the Event administrator, and the platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any disputes or consequences arising from AI Facial Recognition.

• 5. The platform and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from legal disputes, infringement, or other illegal activities related to photos uploaded by users.
