When will my images be ready?
We utilize a professional, live gallery system through ZNO to deliver your images. Images will be uploaded instantly to a cloud gallery with web size images available for download immediately.
Galleries for private family shoots, which include a full gallery of edited images, will be delivered through PASS within 1 week after your session.
What are web sized/high resolution files?
Web Sized: Small in file size and have a low resolution (fewer pixels). This makes them fast to upload and view on relatively smaller screens, but they are not suitable for printing. Attempting to print them will result in a blurry or "pixelated" image.
High Resolution: These files are required for printing (e.g., photo prints, canvases, greeting cards) and for any type of large, high-quality display. They are much larger in file size and have a high resolution (many more pixels). This preserves all the detail and quality of the photo.
Do you offer print products?
A variety of professional print products, including photo prints and canvases are available for purchase directly through the online gallery. ZNO allows you to order and customize print products immediately after your images are posted.
Please note that only High-Resolution image files are suitable for printing. The web-sized images included in the mini session are not suitable for printing.
Why do I need to take a selfie to search the gallery?
The selfie is required for two key reasons:
Instant, Personalized Search: The selfie acts as a secure search key. The AI system analyzes the facial features in your selfie and uses that data to instantaneously search the entire gallery and show you only the photos that include your face. This saves you from scrolling through every photo taken at the event.
Client Privacy: This feature also enhances privacy. By requiring a face match, we ensure that you are only able to see your own photos, preventing unauthorized guests from easily browsing or downloading images of others.
Please Note: The selfie is used solely for the purpose of matching your face to your photos within the gallery and is not retained for any other purpose.
How much do the high-resolution image files cost?
Individual High-Resolution Files: High-resolution digital files, which are required for printing and large displays, are available for purchase directly through your online gallery for $24.99 per file.
Can we bring our pet?
Yes! We love including furry family members in your holiday photos, but we do have a few simple rules to ensure everyone's safety and comfort within the venue:
Size and Type: We welcome friendly dogs and cats of all sizes. For the safety of everyone, no exotic pets, please.
Restraint is Required: All pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in the shopping center and waiting area. Please keep your pet leashed until it is your turn to step onto the set.
Waste Clean-up: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any messes immediately. Please bring appropriate supplies (e.g., waste bags). If an accident occurs on the set, the session may need to be cut short for cleaning.
Behavior and Temperament: Your pet must be well-behaved, comfortable in crowds, and non-aggressive toward people and other animals. If your pet becomes overly disruptive, aggressive, or causes a distraction to other sessions, we may politely ask you to step out of the waiting area.
Photo Release: By bringing your pet, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your pet's actions and any resulting damages.
